In the core alone we bring more than 60 years of professional experience, enough to have watched plenty of technology hypes come and go. Some of them twice. More than 20 years in the business and living proof that database indexes and button spacing fit into the same head. In charge of making sure things never get boring — and of the ideas that think three releases further ahead than the current sprint board.

Also more than 20 years of experience, roughly 19 of them spent in the log file. Was already running systems when “cloud” was still a weather phenomenon, and therefore stays remarkably relaxed when someone asks whether all of this runs on-premise, too.
Sales
Translates between what you need and what we build — and keeps asking until both sides mean the same thing. Never promises anything we cannot deliver. In sales, that is about as common as a project without a change request.
Art Director
Joins in whenever something new goes out into the world, and makes sure it all still looks like it comes from the same company. Likes to ask “why, exactly?” — which is annoying in the moment and saves time later.
Operations
Our DevOps specialists show up when code turns into operations, and disappear again once everything runs. They make sure that “works on my machine” also means “works on yours” — and measure their own success by how little you ever notice of that work.
Depending on the project, further specialists join us — people who do exactly one thing really well and are on board for exactly that. We don’t grow for the sake of growing; we bring in the expertise your project actually needs.
